Kom naar de Fotoboekenbeurs (7de editie) en ontmoet fotografen, uitgevers en verzamelaars. Luister naar de lezing, book talks, artist talk en bieb talk. Doe mee aan de workshop of rondleiding door de bieb. Of laat je fotoboek (dummy) reviewen.

11:00 – 16:00 uur | FOTOBOEKENBEURS (7^de editie)

12:00 – 12:15 uur | Bieb talk: Laura Nieuwenhuis (docent fotografie SintLucas) vertelt over haar favoriete boeken in de bibliotheek van Pennings Foundation

13:00 – 13:35 uur | Lecture: The Book Photographer vertelt over het belang van het fotograferen van je boek voor PR-doeleinden en geeft praktische tips. Lees er meer over in het interview: You made the book. I make it seen.

14:00 – 14:15 uur | Artist talk: Meij Gommers vertelt over haar leporello Topos

14:30 – 15:00 uur | Fotoboek talks: Femke Rotteveel (FOTODOK) interviewt Michelle Piergoelam over haar nieuwe boek ‘Fourteen Leaves and a Cup of Water’ en Rick van der Klooster over zijn nieuwe boek ‘Between the Mountain and the River’

We zorgen weer voor een gezellige koffiehoek en muziek (door Nick Lebeat) voor het echte festivalgevoel.

Photobook Festival 

23 May 2026 

On Saturday 23 May 2026, from 11:00 to 16:00, Pennings Foundation will host the 2nd  edition of the Photobook Festival. 

Visit the Photobook Fair (7th edition) and meet photographers, publishers, and collectors. Attend the lecture, the book talks, the artist talk and library talk. Join the workshop or take a guided tour of the library. Or have your photobook dummy reviewed by professionals. 

Admission: 

• Admission to the fair and all talks is free.

12:00 – 12:15 Library talk: Laura Nieuwenhuis (photography teacher at SintLucas) shares her favorite books from the Pennings Foundation library

13:00 – 13:35 Lecture: The Book Photographer discusses the importance of photographing your book for PR purposes and gives practical tips. Read more in the interview: You made the book. I make it seen. (the lecture will be in English).

14:00 – 14:15 Artist talk: Meij Gommers talks about her leporello Topos
